Computer Science, Examinations Officer
David teaches Computer Science in the Junior High and Senior High Schools. He is from the UK and is married to Alison. They have two children; Isobel and Beatrice who both attended Riverside. Previously David taught in Kuwait, the Bahamas and the UK. He is a Google Certified Teacher and also coaches Riverside’s award-winning student web-design and robotics teams.
David is the Examinations Officer at the High School. He was the Czech Republic’s 2012 National Award winner for the EU-sponsored U4Energy project – best classroom activity on energy awareness. He is a Code Week Ambassador for the Czech Republic and as a Google Certified Teacher he has presented at educational conferences in Europe, the Middle East and online. He serves on the church council at St. Clement’s Anglican Episcopal Church. David is in his fourteenth year at Riverside.
