Performing Arts
Alex teaches Performing Arts in the Primary and Junior High at Riverside, and is new to the school. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts and Drama from Bath Spa University, a Master’s degree in Contemporary Performance Practices from Royal Holloway University of London, and a PGCE in Drama with Dance.
Alex worked in education and outreach for a number of years in producing theatres in England, planning dance and theatre projects for local people of all ages in the community. Alex has taught Performing Arts to all ages in a variety of schools in the UK and abroad, and recently spent two years teaching dance and drama at a performing arts school in Geneva, Switzerland. In her spare time Alex enjoys walking, dancing and arts events.
Riverside graduates have been accepted to some of the most prestigious universities around the world.
