Die Weihnacht kommt bald – Christmas is coming soon and in order to celebrate Languages For Life and the festive season, German style, we would like to take all Junior and Senior High students who are studying German, on a day trip to Leipzig. The date is Thursday, 3nd December 2015. The students will have the opportunity to practice listening to and speaking German in a real-life context as well as experiencing German history, culture and tradition.
The trip will include: bus travel to and from Leipzig, a visit to a museum in the Old Town Hall to learn about the history of the city, an opportunity to explore the famous Leipzig Christmas Market, a chance to admire the beautiful churches near the Market Square and taste some German cuisine.
Riverside graduates have been accepted to some of the most prestigious universities around the world.
