The Senior High students showcased their immense talent at “Connected?”, an evening of music and drama, at Malostranska Beseda on Tuesday, March 17. They presented a lineup of five one-act plays, two monologues and numerous songs to a packed house, with great acclaim. Entertainment ranged from a play about a blind date with a kleptomaniac to Pink Floyd tunes to an abridged version of an Oscar Wilde classic.
Mr. Myers headed up musical production and Ms. Rankin organized the Drama, along with student directors Isi, Anna, Katerina, Ladislav and Cady. With performers, backstage crew, makeup artists and more, nearly 40 students took part in the event. It’s remarkable seeing what youth can do when given the tools. Bravo!
